Can we fail healthily?

When we’re pursuing a goal or a dream, fighting to achieve something, maybe simply just working hard in life. When do we stop to take a break? Is it when things go wrong, or when we’re afraid of things going wrong or is it when we don’t have anything else left to do because our projects have become a mighty ball of failure?
How do we know when to draw the line; step back and just stop?

Is failure okay?

Is perfection good or bad? Does Jesus want us perfect? Has He made us perfect and we have to stay perfect? Or should we just kick perfection outta our lives?

Even when we know in the long run we will win, how can we deal with the occurrence of failure? Are there people allergic to failure or is it a lie perfectionists tell themselves?
